- Maui Music Dj and Service Providers shall not be held liable for non-compliance caused by acts of God or nature, failure of transportation or equipment. If rescheduling is needed due to rain or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Cancellation Policy - %50 Non Refundable Deposit required for booking. Balance due 30 days prior to date of booking. Cancellation 7 days prior or date, refund 1/2 of balance due. Cancellation 48 hours prior to date, no refund.
